Jasmyn is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #147754) with a passion for supporting individuals, adolescents, and families on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her clinical experience includes working in a youth diversion program in Orange County, where she helped adolescents and their families navigate challenges and strengthen relationships. Jasmyn has experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and relational conflicts. She incorporates a compassionate, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Jasmyn works under the supervision of Dr. Ari Shahabaldiny.
