“I truly believe there is hope and growth on the other side of suffering. People experience hurt and pain from things like trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, or grief, and it is my belief everyone has the strength within themselves to heal from it. Through authentic dialogue and collaboration, we will explore your specific feelings, ideas, and contexts to create a new way for you to experience the strengths you have within yourself. Therapy isn’t just what happens in my office, but the healing process that will take place for you everyday - both the successes and mistakes - every moment is an opportunity for growth and healing. I know it’s not always easy to allow yourself to feel vulnerable with another person and talk about what you are struggling with, so I focus on creating a safe, empathic, judgement free space where you can allow yourself to experience the authentic you.”
