Laili is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #143300) who received her M.A. in
Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Before pursuing psychology, she was deeply
immersed in the world of health and wellness as an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga instructor.
Through this experience, she developed a strong appreciation for holistic health, which continues
to be the foundation of her work as a therapist.Laili works with adult individuals and couples, with experience in areas such as mistrust, betrayal, rage, anxiety, guilt, people-pleasing, and life transitions. Her approach is informedby narrative and collaborative practices, blending somatic techniques and Eastern philosophies to
foster deeper healing.Laili works under the supervision of Dr. Ari Shahabaldiny.
My approach is rooted in holistic care, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and
soul, and understanding that therapy is just one part of living the life you dream of. In our
work, I will sit with your stories and sensations, integrating the wisdom of the body to deepen
awareness and exploration. Through thoughtful questioning, we will examine the narratives that
shape your life—honoring those that serve you and reevaluating those that may no longer align
with your values. I believe individuals are inherently resilient and adaptive, and I can recognize
that you bring a wealth of knowledge and strength into the room. Together, we will build upon
this foundation to support your growth in a way that feels true to your intentions and hopes.
