“Sometimes experiences and situations can feel quite heavy, but I am here to tell you, you don't have to carry it alone. Together we can collaborate to explore your world and discover how you can gain relief, control and empowerment, acceptance, connection, or a positive change in your life. With me you will have a warm, trusting, non-judgmental, empathetic and supportive environment so you can safely and comfortably set goals, process, heal and grow. Therapy looks different for each individual, which is a beautiful way to celebrate our differences. I will meet you where you are and explore what works best for you. I will hear you, see you, and respect you. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and am committed to understanding you, your culture and experiences to best support you on your healing journey and path to living authentically.”
