" I believe in the power of my clients to change their lives and I act as a mirror to reflect their own inner feelings and desires. I believe that all emotions are productive and should be expressed as such. Through a solution-focused and an emotionally focused lens, I guide my clients to look inward and truly reflect on how past traumas and unprocessed emotions are affecting their ability to navigate their day-to-day life. I also believe in the power of mindfulness and power of meditation to help people self-regulate during times of distress. I help my clients to reach their full authentic selves by creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathic environment within the therapy room.”
