“I believe that every individual is unique and has the ability to transform their lives with the right care and support. I provide a sex-positive, culturally humble, non-judgmental approach to helping people work towards undoing the negative cultural programming we can be raised in, which teaches us to distrust our bodies, needs, desires and expressions. Using a Relational-Cultural and client centered approach, I’ll support you in digging deep down inside to address internal suffering that has stunted your personal growth and prevented you from getting to know your most authentic self. Through collaboration, mindfulness and strength-based support, I will empower you to take control of your healing process and confidently present your truest self to the world."
