“Your thoughts and feelings are valid, but they do not define you! We are often our biggest critics, which can unfairly create roadblocks in our journey. I am passionate about helping clients harness their potential so they can live a fulfilling life. Approaching situations with curiosity, compassion, humility, and empathy, I work to create a safe and non judgemental environment for clients to process deep emotions and complex experiences. My theoretical orientation is largely eclectic and I cater to every individual, with favored modalities being ACT, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and Solution Focused. I strongly believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and I will act as a helpful passenger as you navigate life through the driver’s seat.”
