“Life often feelings lonely in the face of intense emotional and traumatic experiences. I believe that we all have the ability and resources to transform and live our authentic lives, and this transformative process occurs naturally in our relationships. Using a collaborative and relational
approach, we can create a non-judgmental, culturally humble, warm, and empathetic environment that will support you as we dive into your experiences and problems together. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and through our shared dialogue and expertise, we
will create the space necessary for growth and transformation to occur within the relationship you have with yourself and with others.”
